Nov. 22, 2016 – West Bend, WI – There’s frost on the grass, kids are actually wearing coats to school, the temperature reads 25 degrees and here you have West Bend crossing guard Chuck Fellenz showing Mother Nature who’s boss.
“I plan on wearing shorts as long as I can,” said Fellenz from his corner at Main Street and Decorah. “If it goes down to about 10 degrees above zero, then I’ll drag out the slacks.”
