West Bend, WI – It is September and the Halloween-themed store is opening in Washington County. Spirit Halloween is in the former Dress Barn, 1670 S. Main Street, in the Paradise Pavilion in West Bend, WI.

The store normally stays open through November with big sales after October 31.
