The location off Wildwood Drive (formally Hwy B) has a 5-acre pond, large 100-car parking lot, multi-purpose building and a RC racetrack.
Dave Barbie, owner of Big Rivers LTD, actually purchased three parcels for trailer storage.
The marine equipment distributor, which sells boat trailers and hoists, has another location on Highway 144 just south of State Highway 33 in the Town of West Bend, WI.
Barbie said this will give him much-needed storage space. “Last year we were busting at the seams to store stuff,” he said.
For security reasons Barbie has put a cyclone fence around the property.
The parcel was last assessed at $563,000.
Great, an eyesore in a rural residential neighborhood. Way to wreck a beautiful parcel.
