Jackson, WI – There’s been an accepted offer on the former Jackson Village Hall, N168 W20733 Main Street. The property went up for sale after the new Village Hall and Police and Fire Department opened down the street.
The building dates to 1931. The asking price is $499,000.
According to Jackson Village administrator Jen Keller, “The Village of Jackson is now under contract to sell the former Village Hall and Police Station site, should all terms of the offer be met. Changes for zoning and needed site approvals will be brought before the Plan Commission and Village Board in the coming months prior to the final transfer of ownership.”
The transaction is being handled by Adam Williquette of American Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
