May 27, 2022 – Hartford, WI – The next chapter is underway for the property at 3416 Lake Point, Hartford, WI. The former home of Reef Point Resort is being converted into condos and side-by-sides. Demolition of the buildings on that property occurred May 25, 2022; the video below is courtesy property owner Dan Knodl.

The demolition also included the two-story farmhouse next door. Knodl said the lot is being turned into 5 stand-alone single-family condos along with 3 side-by-side ranch units.
The building has been a tavern for over 100 years. It was first run by the McComb family for the first 50 years followed by Lenny and Cher, and then Knodl had it for the last 30 years.
