September 20, 2024 – Dodge Co., WI -Earlier today, District Attorney Andrea Will filed one charge of First Degree Intentional Homicide with a domestic abuse enhancer and one charge of Hiding a Corpse against Zachariah Rasch, 43, of Clyman, in the death of Crystal Rasch.
This case began in June as a missing person case and was eventually classified as a death investigation.
This case remains an open and active case and there will be no further information available from the sheriff’s office.
Further information may be obtained in the criminal complaint that has been filed with the Dodge County Clerk of Courts Office. Remember all persons are innocent until proven guilty in court.
The family has met with staff of the sheriff’s office and the district attorney’s office and while they appreciate everything the community has done, they continue to request privacy in the matter as they continue to grieve the loss of Crystal.
