Jan. 4, 2017 – West Bend, WI – Washington County UW-Extension will again host the Private Pesticide Applicator Training at the County Administration Center in West Bend for applicators using restricted-use pesticides. The training session in Washington County will be Wednesday, Jan. 25 at 9 a.m. with the open book exam to follow. The session ends at 3:30 p.m. This session will be held in room 1113 A&B of the Public Agency Center.
The cost of the program is $45 and includes the new manual and lunch. These sessions fill up quickly, so be sure to register as soon as possible.
You have two options for certification. You may attend a one‑day training session and take an open book evaluation, or you may self‑study the training materials and attend an open book, pass/fail examination.  There is a minimum 70% passing score.
Please bring a photo ID (drivers license) and a hand-held calculator with you to the exam site the day of training.
