The agenda reads: “For a change in the southern private driveway for Pizza Ranch and Sendik’s, west of 18th Avenue, on the south side of W. Washington Street.”
When last we spoke on January 3 the Plan Commission had given Pizza Ranch the green light on an egress to the south of the property.
It appears that proposed driveway out the back may have to move a smidge further west.
On a history note: Come March 23 it will be 1 year since http://www.washingtoncountyinsider.com first reported on a Pizza Ranch coming to West Bend. Since then we’ve gone from one location to rezoning to a new location and property purchase to a delay to investigate access to acquired access and now relocating the access.
The other hot topic before the Plan Commission will be a new LED sign for St. Frances Cabrini School located on Hawthorn Drive.
