Washington County, WI – Throughout the National Eucharistic Revival, local communities have been gathering tinder in response to God’s invitation for renewal, calling on the Holy Spirit to bring the flame.

In keeping with this vision, the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage is accompanying Jesus from city to city, lighting hearts on fire along the way. Soon, all these flames will blaze together at the National Eucharistic Congress in July.
The northern or Marian Route of the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage is set to pass through Washington County, WI, June 19 and 20, 2024.
You can be a part of the pilgrimage by joining one of the processions, benedictions, and/or adoration on July 20 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 4886 Hwy. 175, Hartford, WI, and St. Peter Catholic Church, 200 E. Washington Street, Slinger, WI.
SCHEDULE:
9:30 a.m. at St. Lawrence Church for half-mile procession
10:10 a.m. at Little Switzerland Ski Hill for 45-minute walk along Ice Age Trail to Slinger Community Park
10:35 a.m. Joyful Entrance – Additional pilgrims invited to walk the final leg (1/3 mile) from Slinger Community Park to St. Peter Church
11:00 a.m. Triumphant Entry to St. Peter Church where Our Lord in the Most Blessed Sacrament is placed in the beautiful sanctuary for an hour of prayer and adoration.
