A nicely attended celebration over the weekend at MOWA’s annual Art & Chalk Fest, 205 Veterans Avenue, West Bend, WI. What was your favorite artistic creation?
Mother Nature tested the mettle of artists as brief but intense storms passed on Saturday. After rain, rinse, repeat the sun came out Sunday and the colorful chalk was flying.
