Sept. 20, 2018 – Menomonee Falls, WI – One person was killed and two children injured in a single-vehicle accident Wednesday night on southbound I41 near Main Street in Menomee Falls.

On September 19, 2018, at approximately 6:15 p.m., the Menomonee Falls Police and Fire Departments responded to the report of a personal injury motor vehicle crash located on USH 41/45 southbound at STH 100/Main Street.
Preliminary investigation revealed the crash involved a single vehicle with a three occupants. The driver has been identified as a 43 year old female from Neenah, WI. The driver succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
The two passengers were identified as a 9-year-old male and a 7-year-old female.
Both passengers were transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. It is believed that speed and alcohol were contributing factors to this crash.
