Omro man arrested for 4th offense OWI | By Wisconsin State Patrol

 

Dec. 20, 2018 – Dodge Co., WI – Vince L Heath, 30, from Omro has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Waukesha Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 4th offense.

Vince L Heath of Omro, WI is being investigated by the Wisconsin State Patrol for Operating While Intoxicated 4th Offense.

On December 20, 2018 at 2:26 a.m., a vehicle traveling northbound on Interstate 41 near State Trunk Highway 28 in Dodge County crashed. The vehicle struck the median cable barrier which prevented it from crossing into southbound traffic. Troopers from the Northeast and Southeast Regions arrived on scene and issued one dose of Narcan to the unresponsive driver of the vehicle.

After the Narcan was administered, the driver regained consciousness. The driver was transported to St. Josephs Hospital in West Bend where a search warrant was obtained for a legal blood draw. Results of the blood draw are pending.

The Wisconsin State Patrol were assisted by the Washington County Sherriffs Department, Kohlsville First Responders, and Kewaskum Rescue.

“Pursuant to the direction of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as found in Supreme Court Rule 20:3.6, Trial Publicly, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.”
