June 5, 2024 – West Bend, WI – Timothy “Tim” M. Drover, 55 of West Bend passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 2, 2024, at home with his family by his side.
He was born on April 11, 1969, to John and Carol (nee Signer) Drover in Oshkosh, WI. Tim grew up in Waukesha and attended both Waukesha North and South High Schools.
After high school, he honorably served the United States Army, and Tim went on to attend the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point.
On September 9, 2000, he was united in marriage to Jacquelyn Werner in West Bend, Wisconsin.
Tim worked many different jobs over the years including billiard sales and construction delivery. He loved golfing, traveling and gaming. He was able to spend time in Europe last summer with his family, and he enjoyed Spring Training in Arizona this spring with ‘the guys.’
Tim was an avid sports fan and many weekends were spent cheering for the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, Milwaukee Bucks and Wisconsin Badgers. He had a soft spot for animals and loved many throughout his life.
Tim enjoyed cheering on his kids at their various musical and sporting events. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and will be missed by all who knew him.
Those Tim leaves behind to cherish his memory include his wife, Jacquelyn Drover; two children, Madeline Drover and Ethan Drover; his father, John Drover; his brother, Michael (Cheryl) Drover; his band of brothers, Lee (Kristin) Hardy, Ron (Kristine) Scheel, and Terry (Tracey Collins) Brown; in-laws, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Carol Drover; paternal grandparents; and maternal grandparents, David and Jean Signer.
VISITATION: Tim’s family will greet relatives and friends on Saturday, June 8, 2024, from 10 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. at St. John’s Ev. Lutheran Church, 809 S. 6th Avenue, West Bend WI.
SERVICE: A memorial service will follow the visitation at the church at 1 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the college fund for the children are appreciated by the family.
The family would like to thank Dr. George, Dr. Mooney, and extraordinary caregivers, Ivelis “Ivy” Rodriguez and Erica Helgerson, for all of their love and care. A large thanks to family, friends, and the community for their outpouring of support during Tim’s journey.
