Obituary | Thomas Ernst Lisko, 72, of Hartford

November 27, 2019 – Hartford, WI –Thomas E. Lisko, 72, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at Serenity Villa in Slinger. He was born on November 6, 1947 in Hartford to Walter and Marie (nee Stucke) Lisko and graduated from Hartford High School. He worked on the family farm during his youth and then as a machinist at Wacker for 42 years.

Tom’s favorite pastimes included spending winters in northern Wisconsin snowmobiling and summers on the golf courses in Washington County. He was a member of the Ackerville Snowmobile Club. He enjoyed building and driving muscle cars, which generated quality time with his son and best friend. He was so proud of his grandchildren who meant the world to him!

He is survived by his loving son Jason (fiancée Heather Marschall); cherished grandchildren Keira and Bradyn; brother Jim (Vivian) Lisko; and special friends, Karen (Lou) Goetzinger and Kelly Forseth. He is further survived by other relatives and many dear friends.

Tom is preceded in death by his parents.

The Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Phillip Funeral Home in West Bend, 1420 W Paradise Drive. The Visitation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 3 from 3:30 until 5:45. A reception will be held after the Service at The Hitching Post in Kohlsville (5781 Main St, West Bend, WI 53090).

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Serenity Villa and Horizon Hospice, especially Kim McLaughlin, for their compassionate care.
