February 25, 2022 – West Bend, WI – Shari D. Muckerheide (nee Fellner), 59, of West Bend found peace after a long battle with her family by her side on Wednesday, February 23, 2022.
She was born on September 7, 1962, to John and Betty (nee Nichols) Fellner in Waukegan, IL. When Shari was 13 years old, she told her father that she met the boy she was going to marry someday, and years later she was united in marriage to that person, Patrick Muckerheide.
Together they raised their four daughters, two that grew up in her belly, and two that grew in her heart.
She was the manager at the Unity Club in West Bend for 10 years and touched many lives. Shari liked cooking, shopping, and going to rummage sales. She enjoyed playing bingo, cribbage, and Christmas with the family. Shari hated to drive over a bridge, but she loved to scare people. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and her grandkids were her life. Shari will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Those Shari leaves behind to cherish her memory include her loving husband of 41 years, Patrick Muckerheide; her mother, Betty Fellner; four daughters, Amy (Shannon) Van Beek, Katy (Randy) Moon, Lynn (Brandon) Schroeder, and Maggie Muckerheide; seven grandchildren, Jasmine Van Beek, Faith Van Beek, Randy Moon Jr., Nathan Moon, Addison Moon, Rosalee Schroeder, and Levi Schroeder; her sister and best friend, Jane Duquette; other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her father, John Fellner and many close friends.
A memorial service in remembrance of Shari will be held on Sunday, February 27, 2022 at 3 p.m. at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home, 1315 W. Washington St., West Bend.

So sorry to hear about your loss, looking back about 30 years Shari was my role model. Whenever I would go to their house, I always thought to myself she was such a pretty woman and someday I would have the love like they shared. She truly helped me through some very sad and dark times in my like! Even though it’s been 30 years, it seems like yesterday.
