Obituary | Sandra Kay Romoser, 81, of Jackson

Feb. 17, 2019 – Jackson, WI – Sandra Kay Romoser (nee Saari), 81, of Jackson, a strong woman of faith was born to eternal life on Wednesday, February 13, 2019. She was born October 8, 1937 in Milwaukee to Waino and Catherine (nee Gironimi) Saari.

On October 19, 1957 she was united in marriage to Thomas Frederick Romoser in Milwaukee. He preceded her in death on December 18, 1998.

Sandra lived in Milwaukee most of her life. She was a long-time member of Albright United Methodist Church before moving to Jackson in 2004 and joining Still Waters Community United Methodist Church.

Sandra is survived by her 2 children: Tom (Leslie) Romoser of West Bend and Susan Kay Romoser Heil of Silver Spring, MD, 3 grandchildren: Aaron J. Walz, Sabrina Anabelle Heil and Daniel Christopher Heil and 2 great-grandchildren: Peyton Walz and Jaxson Walz. She is further survived by her sister Corinne Kirchmayer and her sister-in-law Delores (Larry) Flemmer. Sandra was a cousin, an aunt and a dear friend and confidant to many.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Waino and Catherine Saari, her husband Thomas F. Romoser and her brother Thomas Saari.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 21, 2019 at 12:00 noon at Still Waters Community United Methodist Church, 3671 Scenic Road, Jackson with Rev. Lori Lossie officiating. The family will greet relatives and friends at the church from 10:00 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. Memorials to Still Waters Community United Methodist Church are appreciated.
