October 2, 2019 – West Bend, WI – Michael D. Gleesing, a young man at the age of 21, who lived in West Bend, Wisconsin for part of his journey during life, sadly passed away on September 23, 2019.
Michael was born in Indianapolis, IN on August 22, 1998. He graduated from West Bend West High School and was going to continue on with IT schooling. He worked as a sales associate for U.S Cellular for 2 years.
Some things he enjoyed doing included spending time out in the life of nature in the woods, with friends and family. As he would walk along the trail, he would occasionally stop to take pictures with his cousin, Justin. Aside from the outside world, he was also a collector of Yugioh and Magic playing cards. For the most part, though, he stayed locked up in his room playing his PC games.
Michael is survived by a father (Dan Gleesing), mother (Sarah Rauch), brother (Brandon), sister (Kayla), many individuals in the family, such as Sherri and Justin Gleesing, and his close friend, Travis.
The funeral service will be held at Myrhum Patten Funeral Home, 1315 W. Washington Street, in West Bend on October 5, 2019. The visitation starts at 1 p.m. and the Ceremonial Service will begin at 2 p.m. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Myrhum Patten Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the family to help with the funeral expenses or the National Suicide Prevention Center.
