Obituary | Lily Lin Schuster, 2,

April 6, 2019 – Washington Co., WI – Lily Lin Schuster was born on January 6, 2017.Obituary | Lily Lin Schuster

From the moment her parents (Pei Ling Wu and Richard Schuster) learned they were having her, never was a daughter more loved. Lily Lin was adventurous — she could climb anything, and often did. She loved to help. She would pick out her Baba’s shirt most mornings, and she would sit on the kitchen counter each day to help her Mama cook.

Her big brother, Maxwell, captured her heart. She loved to sing, and she enthusiastically danced together with her Mama, Baba, and brother. She had a favorite record, and she would play it, be taken up in her Baba or Mama’s arms, and lay her head on their shoulder while they danced through the patches of sun-filled light in her home, never more in love.

She was smart, determined, and beautiful. Her Mama beamed at spending her days with Lily. She liked to get out of the shopping cart and help pick fruit. Her father was thoroughly in love with her. Lily Lin’s voice, her presence, her endless energy, her vibrant smile, her always caring nature, her excitement for her family, her curiosity for animals, her quirks (she was leery of sand), her beautiful, smiling, shining face, are missed beyond measure by her heartbroken parents and brother. She is and will always be constantly on their minds and in their hearts until one day, hopefully, they can pick her up again, dance with her in their arms, and be whole again and she lays her head warmly on their shoulders.

A visitation and memorial for Lily Lin Schuster will be held on April 18, 2019, at the Schmidt Funeral Home in West Bend, Wisconsin.  Visitation will commence at 5:30 p.m. and a program and video honoring Lily Lin’s life will begin at 6:00 p.m. All friends and family, old and new, close and far, are welcome.
