August 12, 2020 – Kewaskum, WI – James W. “Jim” Buss, 70, of Kewaskum, passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2020, at the Lutheran Home and Health in Fond du lac.
Jim was born on July 1, 1950, the son of the late Arthur and Lillian (nee Werner) Buss. Jim was a life long farmer with his brother, Terry, in the town of Auburn. He enjoyed all aspects of farming, from the animals, to the crops and the land, and to the connections he made with all of the local farmers that became friends.
Those Jim leaves behind to cherish his memory include his siblings, Barb (Butch) Gengler, Artie Buss, Terry (Janine) Buss, Doug Buss, and Brian Buss; his two dogs, Sassy and Pup; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by two infant brothers.
A memorial service for Jim will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2020, at the Myrhum – Patten Funeral Home, 215 Forest Avenue, in Kewaskum, with Rev. Timothy Henning officiating.
Jim’s family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
Memorials to Children’s Hospital or St. Lucas Evangelical Lutheran Church is appreciated.
