February 17, 2020 – Slinger, WI –Deanna J. Branske-Beaudry (nee Scheller), passed away on Thursday February 13, 2020 at the age of 81.
She was born on May 30, 1938 in Prentice, WI. To Harry and Alvera (nee Meyer) Scheller. She attended Rufus King High School and graduated from Custer High School Class of 1956. On October 2, 1999, she married Paul F. Beaudry Jr. Deanna retired from the Milwaukee Public Schools after years of service. Her favorite hobbies were shopping sales, rummaging, flea markets and craft shows, bowling and walking her dogs. She enjoyed being a snowbird in Florida. Deanna was a member of St Peter Catholic Church in Slinger.
Deanna is survived by her husband Paul F. Beaudry Jr, children; David (Lisa) Branske, step-daughter Teri (David) Sprtel, step-son Thomas (Rae Anne) Beaudry, step-daughter Tracy (Rick) Aamodt, her grandchildren; Jeff, and Eric Branske, Erika (Jesse) Gayhart, Kristina (Joel) Rasmussen, Alex (Katie) Beaudry, Sean and Brooke Sprtel, great-grandchildren, Evelyn, Jonah, and Jarett Gayhart and Jordan Beaudry, sisters-in-law; Beverly Johnson, Breeze Ann (James) Werner, Connie Beaudry, brothers-in-law, Edward Branske and Les Beaudry, her favorite nephew Brian (Leta) Branske. She also survived by her canine companion Bindi, other relatives and friends.
Deanna was preceded in death by her parents and her first husband Leonard F. Branske.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 19 at St Peter Catholic Church, 200 E Washington St. Slinger, with Rev. Jonathon Schmeckel presiding. Visitation will be at the church on Wednesday, February 19 from 9:30 a.m. until 11:15 a.m. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery in Mequon.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Washington County Humane Society are appreciated.
