March 26, 2024 – Christine S. McKee, 69, of Laveen, AZ, and formerly of Corpus, Christi, TX, died at her home on March 6, 2024.
Mrs. McKee was born on September 25, 1954, in Hartford, WI to Ralph and Shareen (Carroll) Roemer.
Christine worked for many years as a paraprofessional at the intermediate school for Flour Bluff ISD in Corpus Christi, TX. She loved to listen to music, especially The Beatles, and in her younger years she trained labradors for 4-H.
On October 6, 1972, in Nashville, TN she married Christopher P. McKee; Mr. McKee preceded her in death on April 4, 2023.
Surviving is her son and daughter-in-law, Craig P. and Iris McKee of Phoenix, AZ; a grandson Connor McKee; a brother, Steve Roemer of Hartford, WI; a half-brother, Sean Roemer Hartford, WI, and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will take place on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at 2:00 pm, at Riverside Cemetery in Howe, IN.
