August 22, 2019 – Hartford, WI – Betty A Dost (Nee Fieldhack) of Hartford, formerly of Ogema-Prentice, 82, passed to a better place on Wednesday, August 21, 2019. She was born on November 8, 1936 to parents Earl and Mable (Griffin) Fieldhack.
Betty’s passion in life was to put a smile on your face, regardless of who you were. She achieved this through her witty one-liners and her care for others before herself.
Betty is survived by three children, DuWayne (Sandra) of Slinger, EuGene (Vicki) of Merton and Beverly of Merton; granddaughter, Ashley (Kirk) Ressler; three great-grandchildren, Blake, Samantha and Leila, all of Ashippun; one brother, William (Janet) Fieldhack of Merton. Also survived by other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Betty will be held at the Shimon Funeral Home, 824 Union St., Hartford on Wednesday, August 28 at 6:30 p.m. Visitation from 3:30 p.m. until time of service. Private committal at Wisconsin Memorial Park, Brookfield. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at the Waterford of Hartford and Care Wisconsin for their care and support during the last years of Betty’s life.
