Obituary | Beatrice E. Vincent, 95, of Hartford

February 12, 2020 – Hartford, WI –Beatrice E. Vincent, “Bea”, 95, of Hartford, Wisconsin passed away Saturday, February 8, 2020 at home in the care of her loving daughter and family.

Bea was born June 18, 1924 in Grimsby, England to Margaret J. (nee Neville) and Hubert Gibbons. She was united in marriage to Francis A. Vincent on September 19, 1944 in Grimsby, England. Bea worked for the Place Tannery in Hartford for several years. She enjoyed being a member of the Hartford Lioness Club and loved sewing. She donated her talents to the sewing ministry for over 40 years.

Bea is survived by her loving daughter, Margaret (Loren) Gettelman of Hartford; cherished grandchildren, David (Velma) Gettelman, Lauren (Douglas) Paul, Anthony Gettelman, and Kyle (Rebecca) Gettelman; cherished great-grandchildren, Jasmyn, Jocelyn, Janelle, Adelaide, and Joseph Gettelman; cherished step-great-grandchildren, Justus (Fernanda) Muniz and Jaasiel Muniz; cherished step-great-great-grandchildren, Justus (Robin) Muniz II, Alejandra and Jaxton Muniz, Aaliyah Munzi, Aavani Taylor, and Darrell Johnson III; and dear brother, Victor. She is further survived by other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; parents-in-law, Joseph and Josephine Vincent; beloved husband of 70 years, Fran Vincent; brothers, Raymond, Anthony, Walter, Robert, John, Philip, Bernard, Byron, and Alfred; and siblings-in-law, Albert (Isabel), Emil (Meme), Clarence (Joyce), Laura (Roy), Alice, Edna, and Rose (Ray).

Mass of Resurrection for Beatrice will be held on Friday, February 21, 2020 at 2:30 p.m. at St. Therese Chapel (Lower Church-2nd floor) Holy Hill, 1525 Carmel Road, Hubertus, with the Rev. Bonaventure Lussier, OCD officiating. The family will greet relatives and friends on Friday at the church from 1:30 p.m. until the time of Mass.

Private interment in Union Cemetery, Hartford.
