June 3, 2020 – West Bend, WI – Barbara Jo Gallegos (nee Beaupre), 69, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 30, 2020 at her home in West Bend.
She was born in Two Rivers on December 20, 1950 to Cletus and Marcella Beaupre. She graduated from Washington High School in Two Rivers in 1969. Barbara and Roberto were married in 1983 and moved to Germantown shortly thereafter.
Barbara worked at Schwans Ice Cream as a telecommunications specialist for many years, a job which she greatly enjoyed and where she made many lifelong friends. She loved to travel. One of her favorite places to visit was the Wisconsin Dells, a place where she had memories of visiting with her parents as a child, and where she made many memories with her own children and grandchildren.
Barbara is survived by her loving husband, Roberto C. Gallegos;
Children: Kyra, wife of Jacob Lentz of Palmyra, PA, and their children, Nowell, Roman, Constantine, Noah, and Josiah; Yolanda Gallegos, fiance of William “TJ” Overton, and their children, Marcella Peplinski, Anastasia Peplinski, and Donovan Overton; Roberto T. Gallegos, partner of Kristie Martin; along with many loving nephews, nieces and extended family.
Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, Cletus and Marcella Beaupre, and her brother, Jon Bradly Beaupre.
