June 19, 2017 – West Bend, WI – Roland “Roly” F. Kasper, 83, passed away on Sunday, June 18.
A Memorial Gathering will take place on July 13, 2017 from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. at the Grand Hall at Cedar Ridge (113 Cedar Ridge Drive, West Bend).
