April 9, 2017 – West Bend, WI – Melanie A. Pollari, age 41 years of West Bend, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on Friday, April 7, 2017 at Kathy Hospice.
Melanie was born on December 20, 1975 to Gordon and Pamela (nee Hebein) Pollari. Graduated from Random Lake High School in 1994 and later attended Moraine Park Technical College graduated with a degree in nursing. She worked in many assisted living facilities and later at the Aurora Health Center in Slinger.
Her passion was her boys and her family and spending time camping, watching movies, visiting about many things with her siblings, and her dog Ellie. Melanie just enjoyed life.
Melanie is survived by her sons Jordan and Dakoda fiancé Marty. She is further survived by her siblings Amy Marie (Bret), Amy Lynn (David), Kristopher (fiancé Suzanna) , Michelle (Steve) and Kelly, father Gordon, nieces and nephews Corinne “Corie”, Noah, Aaron, Alivia, Cameron and Sarah, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and many friends. Preceded in death by her mother Pamela and son Tyler.
A Memorial Service will be at 6:00 pm on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel of West Bend with Chaplain Ron Schneider presiding. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday, April 13 from 3:00 pm until time of service (6:00pm).
