Marjorie “Margie” L. Broecker (nee Sailer), 73, of Grand Island, Florida, found peace on Monday October 3, 2016 at her home.
She was born on November 27, 1943 to the late Clarence and Marjorie (nee Hudson) Sailer in Orangeburg, SC. On April 25, 1964 she was united in marriage to Earl Broecker at St. Mary’s Immaculate Conception Church, West Bend. They lived in West Bend raising their two daughters.
In 1982 they moved to Florida. She worked at Walt Disney and at a Microfilming Company. She liked flowers, gardening, and cooking, especially Christmas cookies for the family. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Those Margie leave behind to cherish her memory include her loving husband of 52 years, Earl; two daughters, Roxanne Broecker and Tracy (Rob) Moon; two grandchildren, Kayla (Junior Kaley) Smith and Krista Smith; two great-grandchildren, Jayden Kaley and Kaleah Kaley; sister, Christine Sailer; two brothers, Ted Sailer and Gerry (Kelly) Sailer; other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her infant twin boys.
A Funeral service in remembrance of Margie will be held on Sunday October 16, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral home, 1315 W. Washington St., West Bend.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home Sunday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service.
