Lillian M. Mezera, 72, passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2016. She was born on November 24, 1943 to Raymond and Alta (nee Puckett) Mezera. She was born in Crawford County and later moved to southeastern Wisconsin. She attended Slinger High School and graduated from West Bend High School Class of ’61. Lillian was employed at West Bend Mutual Insurance Company for 36 years and HL’s Touch of Class for 4 years. Overall, she was a huge sports fan and an avid golfer.
She is survived by her siblings: Arnold (Kathy), Phillip (Marilyn), Lawrence, David (Margaret), Linda (Leroy) Plautz, Michael (Judith), Thomas and Susan Giese. She is further survived by many loving nieces and nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews, other relatives and close friends.
Lillian is preceded in death by her parents and sister-in-law Katie Mezera.
The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at 3:00 PM at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W Paradise Drive, West Bend). The visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 12 from 1:00 PM until the time of service at 3:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (230 East Ohio St, Chicago, IL 60611-3201).
