Edna Leider found eternal peace on Friday, July 29th at the age of 89 at The Pavilion at Glacier Valley, Slinger, Wisconsin. A private celebration in honor of Edna’s life will be held at a later date.
Edna was born on June 07, 1927 in Grafton, Wi, to Ernst and Anna (Schwartz) Ehmke and attended school in Grafton. She worked at Fromm Laboratories in Grafton until her marriage to William P. Leider in 1948. William and Enda moved to Saukville and lived there until 1963 when they moved to Waubeka, and owned and operated the Waubeka Inn until 1978. William and Enda moved to Dundee, Wi and enjoyed retirement on Kettle Moraine Lake.
Enda is preceded in death by her husband, William and daughter, Beth. Edna is survived by her son William, daughters, Barb (Mike) Learned, and Vicki (the late Terry) Cottrell; and her loving grandchildren Jill and Matthew Learned, Nathan Cottrell, and Amanda Corey. Further survived by her great grandchildren, Lauren and Hannah, and Tucker.
