Donald J. “Don” Roethle, age 82, of Hartford, Wisconsin passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2016, at Zilber Family Hospice in Wauwatosa.
Don was born on May 21, 1934 in Hartford, WI, to Walter and Helen (nee Blok) Roethle.
He enjoyed fishing, golfing, and gardening. He also, loved to watch his favorite sports teams the Packers, Brewers, and Badgers.
Don is survived by his two children, Brian (Barb) Roethle and Dawn Davis; one cherished grandson Jacob and special friend Kathy Ward. He is further survived by other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A celebration of Dons life will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2016 from 4:00- 6:00 p.m. at the Shimon Funeral Home (824 Union St. Hartford, WI 53027).
