She loved listening to all kinds of music and driving through Sandy Knoll Park.

A Funeral Service will be held at 6:30PM on Tuesday September 13, 2016 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr., West Bend, WI) with Deacon Michael Koebel presiding. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 3:00PM until the time of service. Interment at Washington County Memorial Park.

Dakota was one of the many who struggled with addiction.  The disease of addiction is merciless. It is up to us to open our minds and hearts to those who are still sick and suffering.  Dakota doesn’t want us to cry for her…she wants us to fight for her.
