Obit: Crystal J. Bath, 92, of Mayville

Crystal J. Bath, 92, of Mayville, formerly of West Bend, entered eternal life on Thursday, March 24, 2016, at Crossroads Care Center in Mayville with her family by her side.

She was born on February 21, 1924, in Horicon to the late Elmer and Inez (nee Godfry) Kreger and on February 22, 1941, she was united in marriage to Anthony Bath in Mayville.  Anthony preceded Crystal in death on April 7, 1993.

Crystal was an amazing cook and baker who loved to be in the kitchen cooking for her family.  She also enjoyed sewing, word searches, puzzles, family jigsaw puzzles, playing cards and watching nature.  She will fondly be remembered at Crossroads Care Center for always feeling a little “woozy” no matter what.

Those Crystal leaves behind to cherish her memory include five children, Diana Lemke of Milwaukee, David (Jan) Bath of West Bend, Allen (Twyla) Bath of Kewaskum, Mary (Al Sr.) Helsell of Jackson and Richard (Pat) Bath of West Bend; 7 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; dear friends, Carol Bresnahan and Larry Hatke, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents and husband, Crystal was preceded in death by a son, Robert Bath; a son-in-law, Eldor Lemke; two sisters, Elain (Sepp) Schomber and Dorothy (Alfonse) Hartwig and a brother, Loyal (Joyce) Kreger.

A Private Family Service will be held at 9:30 am on Thursday, March 31, 2016, at Myrhum Patten Miller & Kietzer Funeral Home, 1315 W. Washington St., West Bend.  Rev. Renae Dymond will officiate and burial will follow at Washington County Memorial Park in West Bend.

The Myrhum Patten Miller & Kietzer Funeral Homes have been entrusted with Crystal’s arrangements.  Additional information and online guestbook may be found at www.myrhum-patten.com.

The Bath Family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the staff at Crossroads Care Center and Generations Hospice for their exceptional care of their mother.
