Bernida M. Schellinger, of Hartford, passed away on Monday, June 13, 2016 at The Waterford of Hartford. She was 94 years old.
Bernida was born on December 4, 1921 in Richfield, WI, to Joseph and Cecilia (nee Gundrum) Yogerst. She was united in marriage to Robert Schellinger on June 10, 1944 at St. Boniface in Germantown.
She is survived by her children Robert (Mary Ann) of Sheboygan, Mary (Fred) Gollash of Naples, FL, John (Barbara) of Rubicon, and Tim (Laurel) of Appleton; daughter-in-law Debbie Schellinger of West Bend; 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She is further survived by other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert, daughter Kathryn and son Jeffry.
Mass of Christian Burial for Bernida will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Lawrence Catholic Church (4886 Hwy 175 St. Lawrence, WI 53027) with Fr. Davies Edassery officiating. The family will greet relatives and friends on Saturday from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. at the church.
