Nov. 3, 2016 – Neosho, WI – Arline Ann Neu (nee Behnke), age 62 of Neosho, Wisconsin passed away unexpectantly Tuesday, November 1, 2016.
She was born on September 23, 1954 in Hartford, WI to Charles and Ida (nee Bates) Behnke. She was united in marriage to Harold Neu on June 12, 1976 at Peace Lutheran Church in Hartford.
Arline was everyone’s favorite Avon lady; she also worked at Kmart for almost 20 years. She was a longtime and active member of St. Paul’s choir and the Ladies Aid Alter Guild. Proud member of Neosho and Rubicon Lions Club and volunteered for the Organ Donor Network. She also enjoyed crocheting, and spending time with family, especially, her grandchildren.
Arline is survived by her three sons; Kevin (Lahnie) of Horicon, Bruce (Marsha) of Slinger, and Keith (Erica) of Richfield; beloved grandchildren, Lahn, Autumn, Isabella, Tristen, Asher, Malia, Cameron, Gabriel, and Ava; brothers, Brian (Patti) Behnke and Ed (Debbie) Behnke. Brothers and sisters in-law Wayne (Donna) Neu, Naureen (Fred) Pfeiffer, and Kathy (Roger) Horst. She is further survived by other nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Arline was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Harold “Butch”.
Funeral Services for Arline will be held on Monday, November 7, 2016 at 6 p.m. at the St. Paul’s Lutheran Church (132 E. School St Neosho, WI 53059) with Pastor Joshua Kesting officiating. Family will greet relatives and friends at the church on Monday, from 2:00 –until the 6:00 p.m. service.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials to assist the family with funeral expenses are appreciated.
