December 31, 2024 – West Bend, Wi – There is a Spring Election on April 1, 2025. Nomination papers and signatures are due by Tuesday, January 7, 2025. In the City of West Bend all even-numbered aldermanic seats are up for election.
In District 2 incumbent Mark Allen has filed non-candidacy. He turned in his paperwork December 27, 2024, the deadline day to file non-candidacy.
Allen has been on the common council since 2019 when he beat challenger Mike Christian. He won re-election in 2021 beating challenger Chris Thompson and Allen won again in 2023 beating challenger Sonja Hanrahan.

In the City of Hartford, two incumbents have filed non-candidacy including Mayor Timothy C. Michalak and District 1 alderman Joseph Fulop who filed his notice December 16, 2024.
By filing the Notification of Noncandidacy, the incumbent listed above has given advance notice that they do not presently intend to be a candidate for reelection to their aldermanic office.
Except as otherwise provided under state law, a qualified elector of the City of Hartford who wishes to become a candidate and have their name appear on the election ballot for any the mayoral or aldermanic seats that will be contested at the 2025 Spring Election must file all necessary forms at the City of Hartford Clerk’s office by no later than 5 p.m. on Tuesday, January 7, 2025.
Jackson’s Village Board is composed of a Village President and six (6) trustees, whose term is two-years long. The Village President and three trustees are elected at the annual spring election in odd-numbered years.
In the Village of Germantown Trustee, District 4 incumbent Phil Hudson resigned his office effective January 15, 2025. The vacancy will be filled by a special election on April 1, 2025.
Nomination papers can be found at Candidate Information | Germantown, WI – Official Website or at the Village Clerk’s office, and because this is a special election, papers are due to the Clerk by 5 p.m. on January 14, 2025.
Should a special primary election be necessary, it will be held on February 18, 2025.
There are three seats on the Village Board in Richfield up for election in April 2025 including Village President John Jeffords and two Trustee seats: Tom Wolff and Pam Schmitt.
In the Town of Erin, incumbent Dean Schober filed non-candidacy papers on December 26, 2024, as he will not run for Town Supervisor.
