August 4, 2021 – After handing out 321 free snow cones and enjoying a guest appearance by Flight for Life, the Night Out hosted by the Jackson Police Department (JPD) was deemed a huge success with an estimated 600 in attendance last night.
Numerous departments were represented at the event including Wisconsin Highway Patrol, Washington County Sheriffs Department, Jackson Police Department, Jackson Fire Department.
Little Mason P. (Piper) of Jackson won bike 9 of 70 bikes given away. He proudly accepted his new bike and helmet and rode it all the way home which, for a three-year-old, was quite a trek.
The JPD gave away over 550 raffle tickets, one per person, for an opportunity to win a 58″ TV donated by Property Loss Management for the event’s door prize, and as a way to say welcome and thank you to parents for coming out and bringing their children to National Night Out, Jackson style.
