May 10, 2022 – Hartford, WI – There was lots of measuring under very blustery conditions Monday as the sign crew worked to put the name in place on the new Festival Foods store, 1275 Bell Avenue in Hartford, WI.
The letters arrived in wooden crates.

The new Festival Foods is targeting a completion date of July 1, of 2022 with a Caribou Coffee on the west side. A firm opening date is expected to be announced shortly.
