February 24, 2021 – West Bend, WI – Contractors started working this week on the interior build out of the new Jersey Mike’s sub shop, 1025 South Main Street.
By Tuesday evening the façade sign was in place.
During the day contractors were cutting through the floor and prepping the interior.
Contractors anticipated the new store would open with five to six weeks.
Adam Williquette, president of American Commercial Real Estate handled the juggling of tenants for the landlord to facilitate the new location in West Bend.
