West Bend, WI – The new Marriott TownePlace Suites is finished and open at 715 E. Water Street in West Bend. There will be a ribbon cutting today, July 1, 2021 at noon and the event is open to the public.

The three-story, extended-stay hotel offers large rooms, comfy beds, a couch that flips open into a hide-a bed, and a cute kitchenette complete with plates, cups, and cookware.
The 68-room hotel is located in the former Gehl Company manufacturing site.
There are six ADA suites, king and queen-size suites, a fully furnished fitness area and indoor pool.
Outside there is a grilling station and an above-ground firepit.
The hotel, located just east of Water Street and S. Forest Avenue is within walking distance of the Eisenbahn State Trail, River walk, Vino Con Volo restaurant and the Museum of Wisconsin Art.
“We knew this site had high potential for redevelopment and are pleased to present the first hotel located in downtown West Bend,” said Kraig Sadownikow, president of American Companies. “This is the type of project will enhance the community and attract new visitors and businesses.”
