Through investigation it was determined the fully loaded tri-axel silage truck was
traveling east on CTH B near Mulletview Road when its front passenger side tire blew out.

The blowout caused the silage truck to exit the roadway on the south shoulder and overturn, coming to rest partially blocking the eastbound lane. The operator and lone occupant, a 42-year-old Eden man, was flown from the scene by Flight for Life to ThedaCare Regional Medical Center – Neenah with potentially serious injuries.
