Feb. 1, 2017 – West Bend, WI –Expect to see Milwaukee TV trucks parked at the Washington County Courthouse today as a man accused of his 9th OWI appears before Judge Todd Marten.
Authorities took Todd W. Begley, 50, from Lomira into custody Sunday, Nov. 13, 2016 after he led them on a lengthy chase that extended from Highway 60 and I41 to Lomira in Dodge County.
A records search shows Begley has an extensive relationship with the legal system that dates to 1999.
Begley is scheduled to appear before Washington County Judge Todd Martens this afternoon. Begley is facing a pair of felony charges of allegedly eluding an officer and 7th, 8th or 9th OWI.
