August 11, 2018 – Washington Co., WI – A 35-year-old man from South Milwaukee was taken into custody early Saturday for his fourth offense OWI following a traffic stop in Washington County.
Damien E Gomez has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Waukesha Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
A Wisconsin State Trooper stopped a vehicle on I-41 near County Line Road in Washington County.
There was an odor of intoxicants in the vehicle. The trooper administered Standard Field Sobriety Tests on him, and Gomez was arrested for OWI 4th Offense.
A warrant for an evidentiary blood draw was obtained after the drivers refusal of the chemical test.
The driver was turned over to the Washington County Jail and is being charged with felony OWI 4th Offense.
