West Bend, WI – Art is something that brings us all together. When we reached out to local artists to capture ‘Wings’ we received an amazing response. We have so many wonderful and talented artists in our community.
Through our internal Horicon Bank Art Committee and voting by our community at-large, we were able to determine the winners for the various prize categories. We hope to display all of our entrants at upcoming events to share with the community, they are all truly uplifting.
