One of the major items on the docket involves the southwest corner of East Water Street and S. Forest Avenue. The property is being developed by Downtown West Bend Hotel Associates LLC into a Marriott TownePlace Hotel and a seperate office building to the west.
The two lot certified survey map (CSM) is located at the southwest corner of E. Water Street and S. Forest Avenue. The purpose of the CSM is to create two commercial lots.
One of the other agenda items involves the former Midas store, 2334 W. Washington Street. The plan is to change over the building to office space for TitleMax of Wisconsin.
The proposed event center for S. Forest Avenue is expected to be addressed in the coming month.
