February 8, 2025 – West Bend, WI – City of West Bend Residents, I took some time to reflect on our family’s service in our communities when Riley told me wanted to run the for the District 2 Alderman position. I thought back to my parents when they owned a bar/restaurant in Hubertus. They then moved the family to West Bend, and Dad worked at Chapman’s Meats in Barton which led him to our family’s first grocery store in Slinger.
I thought about all of the food we sold to families to celebrate Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, birthdays and just everyday needs.
We were truly blessed and grateful for the support from our communities. Our family served our communities in many ways – US Army, YMCA, local fire departments, and other non profits.
Now it is Riley’s turn to serve.
Riley could have lived anywhere when he started his family, but he chose West Bend. He wants to serve West Bend by being involved in the city government to ensure West Bend continues to be a desirable city to raise a family. He brings the skills that are needed to be great alderman. He is a great networker, listener, and will use common sense.
I encourage you to vote for Riley Hansen in the primary. Early voting is open until February 14 at City Hall or vote in the primary on February 18.
