The Slinger Lady Owls traveled to Fort Atkinson Thursday, Dec. 28 to be a part of the Fort Atkinson Holiday Invitational.
In the first game the Owls faced off against the Thomas Moore Cavaliers of St. Francis.
Four of the Slinge girls’ basketball team scored in double figures: Kylah Schmidt and Karissa Trunk with 10 points, Anna Breuer contributed 14 with Casandra Warmsley leading the Owls with 18.
Final score was Slinger over Thomas Moore 57 – 47.
Friday at 5:45 p.m. the Lady Owls will face off against Martin Luther High School.
