Washington Co., WI – Three candidates vying for two seats on the Kewaskum School Board in the April 6, 2021 election participated in a voter forum at the Washington County Fair Park. The event was organized by Common Sense Citizens of Washington County.
Candidates include: Ric Leitheiser, Jim Leister, and Lori B. Sommer.
Candidates were asked a variety of questions including whether boys should be allowed to participate in girls’ sports, the future of the Indian mascot if a change was incentivized by the State, and direction of curriculum choices.
In-person absentee voting is March 23 – April 2.
Election Day is Tuesday, April 6. Polls open 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.
