Jason Hanson set a new Kewaskum high jump record at Tuesday’s meet.
Hanson broke the 20 -year-old outdoor record with a jump of 6-feet 7-inches in the first outdoor meet of the year.
Hanson tied the 20-year-old indoor record of 6-feet 4-inches on March 17 at the first indoor meet of this season.
Tuesday’s jump makes him the top high jumper in the state for Division 2.
Hanson qualified to compete in high jump at the state track meet the last two years and looks to be headed back.
