Kettle Moraine YMCA teams with Russ Darrow on Kids Camp Campaign

March 30, 2018 – West Bend, WI  – Throughout the month of April, the three Russ Darrow Group dealerships in West Bend will support the Kettle Moraine YMCA’s “Send A Kid To Camp” campaign.

With every purchase or lease of a vehicle from any of the three dealerships from April 1 through April 30, 2018, Russ Darrow Group will make a donation to the cause. The participating dealerships are Russ Darrow Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram 3210 W. Washington St.; Russ Darrow Nissan, 2665 W. Washington St., and Russ Darrow Toyota, 2700 W. Washington St.

“We are proud to once again partner with the YMCA and contribute to a worthy cause that gives local kids in need the chance to attend Y Summer Day Camp,” said Mike Darrow, President and Chief Operating Officer. “These children are able to participate in activities that allows them to explore nature, gain independence, learn new skills, find new talents, and make lasting friendships and memories. The more we sell, the more kids we send to camp, so we’re hoping the community can help us change the lives of children while helping themselves through the purchase of a new or used vehicle.”

Last year, Russ Darrow Group donated $7,500 to the Kettle Moraine YMCA to help send kids to summer camp that would otherwise be unable to afford to attend. All of the proceeds went to the annual campaign where today, more than 1,600 children benefit.
