Jan. 9, 2019 – Jackson, WI – The Kettle Moraine Lutheran girls basketball team continued its winning streak with a 56 to 41 victory over Winneconne.
Coming back from a long Christmas break and playing at home for the first time in a while, the KML Chargers had to overcome mental frustrations in order to guarantee a win.
Offensively, the Chargers would create a run of four to six points every now and then, but Winneconne made sure the lead was never too far out of reach.
KML seniors Megan Sina and Ariana Miller were leading scorers for this matchup. Sina pitched in 13 while Miller contributed 12.
With an overall record of 9-3, the Chargers look to secure its 10th win of the season at Ripon this Friday, Jan. 11.
